Total time 30 minutes

for 4 persons
500 g salmon on the skin
1 tbsp Mexican spices
3 tbsp olive oil
500 g cherry tomatoes on the branch
8 mini tortillas
150 g beetroot julienne
1 coriander
1 lime
100 g Bettine Naturel

    1. Prepare the barbecue (or use a grill pan).
    2. Rub the salmon with the Mexican herbs and 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Rub the tomatoes and tortillas with the rest of the olive oil.
    3. Place the salmon in the BBQ clamp or aluminium tray. Grill for 3 minutes per side on the BBQ, creating nice grill stripes. Also place the bunches of cherry tomatoes and the tortillas on the BBQ and grill briefly with them.
    4. Place the tortillas on a plate and fill them with the beetroot julienne, grilled tomato and pieces of salmon. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and crumble the Bettine Naturel.
    5. Cut the lime into wedges and serve with the tacos.
