Ciabatta with roast beef and goat cheese

for 2 persons
2 ciabattas
2 tbsp fresh herb butter
40 g lamb's lettuce
75 g roast beef
100 g Bettine natural goat's cheese
2 tbsp honey mustard dressing


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
    2. Spread the ciabattas on top with the herb butter and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, let cool slightly. 
    3. Cut the ciabattas open and divide the lamb's lettuce over the bottom halves. Top with the roast beef and goat cheese and finish with the honey-mustard dressing. Place the caps on top.
