Ciabatta with roast beef and goat cheese

|2 tbsp||fresh herb butter|
|40 g||lamb's lettuce|
|75 g||roast beef|
|100 g||Bettine natural goat's cheese|
|2 tbsp||honey mustard dressing|
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Spread the ciabattas on top with the herb butter and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, let cool slightly.
- Cut the ciabattas open and divide the lamb's lettuce over the bottom halves. Top with the roast beef and goat cheese and finish with the honey-mustard dressing. Place the caps on top.
